The Noden is a metaphysical realm from which supreme beings watch over all other realms of the universe, maintaining the balance of power between gods and mortals. From here, these beings known as "Masters" can manifest divine interventions to influence events in other realms and dimensions, such as dispatching a Guardian to do their work.
One example of this is the sudden arrival of an unnamed man within the Kingdom of Arx dubbed by the humans as "Am Shaegar", a term which means "one who does not know their name".
Little is known about these Guardians save that they are can be unaware of their true nature until their assigned task is completed. Additionally, they seem to exhibit the potential to reach heights of physical and mental prowess far beyond human limits, leading many to hypothesize that they only take human forms to accomplish their goals and are not restricted to such shapes in their true forms.
